Athar Management Consultancy was founded in 2015 with the vision of creating the best work environments driven by creativity and innovation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Athar’s extensive experience was focused on enhancing high performing factories and large organizations, such as Boeing and Airbus. This allowed Athar to study the possibility of bringing this experience to government and service sectors which resulted in the 3 step approach to fulfill Athar’s vision; Operational Performance, Metrics and Information Flow, and New Value and Innovation.
In 2019, Athar expanded its range of services to create the next performance benchmarks and build the best work environments in the government and service sectors.
